Returns

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws we are able to exchange items within 30 days of purchase, we do not provide refunds for change of mind.

If you would like to exchange your items please email us at admin@intheround.house.  You will need to pack and return the items in their original packaging and any cost of returning the product to us for an exchange is your responsibility. 

Once the items have been received in original condition, we will email you a credit voucher, valid for three years that can be redeemed in our online store.

Please note items purchased at a discounted price, provided as a gift with purchase cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
